He brings deep expertise in leading high-impact projects, particularly in SAP performance testing frameworks and performance engineering. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to innovation, client outcomes, and continuous improvement, values that closely align with Tritusa’s mission to deliver top-tier solutions in software testing and technical services. 

 Marius is widely respected for his approachable and collaborative style, fostering cross-functional teams that thrive on agility and a shared drive for excellence.  Outside of work, Marius is a passionate photographer. As Global Head – People, Resourcing & Digital at Tritusa, I lead the organisation’s global people strategy, talent governance, brand direction, and digital enablement framework across Australia, India, the USA, and emerging markets.

My focus is on building scalable organisational capability that aligns talent, systems, and brand with Tritusa’s long-term growth strategy. I oversee global workforce planning, resourcing governance, recruitment strategy, digital infrastructure, and brand positioning — ensuring our people and digital ecosystem evolve in step with business expansion.

A key priority in my role is strengthening operational structure and governance while enabling agility. Manimaran (Mani) Pugazhenthi is the Director of SAP & Automation Delivery at Tritusa, leading delivery execution, capability development, and customer success initiatives.  With over 23 years of global experience in enterprise IT, Mani is a seasoned leader specialising in complex ERP implementations, data analytics, and enterprise-wide testing programs. He has successfully driven delivery transformations across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and government. 

Mani’s expertise spans IT consulting, client relationship management, governance, quality assurance, and risk management. He has established Testing Centres of Excellence, implemented risk-based delivery frameworks, and championed automation-first strategies that enable organisations to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliably.  Passionate about helping organisations achieve high-quality business outcomes regardless of delivery methodology or technology stack, Mani combines deep technical knowledge with a strong focus on business impact to drive success for clients and teams alike.

Meet Andrew!

 Andrew White, Tritusa’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has over 25 years in the IT industry with 15 of those in local and global leadership and growth roles within the Testing arena. Andrew combines broad thinking strategic acumen with a passion for growing businesses and a desire to consistently please and delight clients.

 In Andrew’s broad career he has established new branches in major locations for one of the world’s largest testing organisations, instigated and grown sales as a function and then built that unit within a major consulting firm, and has acted as CEO for a predominantly testing tools focussed company.  Andrew is constantly looking to instill a growth mindset, make the customer the priority, and to develop teams, and individuals within those teams, so they achieve their potential for themselves, the organisation and the client. A genuine focus on these three key components – Growth, the Customer and internal Teams & Employees – as well as an honest, open and transparent communication style, has garnered Andrew a reputation as an individual who seeks and achieves success, all while celebrating the wins as a group.

 Adjacent to his career accomplishments Andrew is a great believer in mentoring and helping the next generation be it in business in general or across the testing industry and beyond. His desire to foster sales and heightened communication skills across the business he works with has seen him roll out business development and growth training as a volunteer opportunities for all staff.

 Outside of the professional realm Andrew is a devoted husband and father of 2 amazing children. He volunteers assisting youth sports, including coaching, as well as officiating, in Floorball, AFL, Basketball and Cricket. Andrew is an avid indoor football tragic himself, playing weekly, and is a member and life long supporter of the Richmond Tigers AFL club. Finally, Andrew has been a lover of all things music since birth, plays guitar, bass, and attends as many concerts as time will allow.
