We require an experienced Senior DevOps Platform Engineer with deep Infrastructure Provisioning and CICD experience. You will be responsible for the availability, integrity, currency, and usability of this suite of components. You will ensure they are fit for purpose and operationally ready to service our platform consumers and dependent orchestrations. This is an extremely hands-on technical role. You will also mentor and work with our other Engineering team members to realize our vision and uplift their devops capability. You will have broad knowledge and deep experience across software development, infrastructure, tools, and processes. You will, however, have previously deployed, administered and orchestrated the use of DevOps tools at an Enterprise scale. You will also join the team in realizing our platform features and supporting our ecosystem of tools and platform processes. You may have technically led or managed a large development shop. You have definitely worked in an Agile environment at scale where you can demonstrate how you have improved the processes you were responsible for. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Represent the developers who use the platform to your team, ensuring that you understand their needs and how your platform can meet them
  • Identify the gaps for adopting the platform you deliver and make it easy to use
  • Create Terraform modules for provisioning VMs
  • Create Chef cookbooks for configuring VMs
  • Ensure the resiliency of our squads’ platforms
  • Cloud solution development and production deployment experience via automated pipelines.
  • Orchestration via cloud platform APIs as well as the use of tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes is also a major bonus.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Ruby (Chef), Perl, or Python programming.
  • Maintain a squad instance of Jenkins
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
  • Demonstrable expertise in CICD – you will implemented standards and common ways of working
  • Knowledge of configuration management with experience in either Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
  • Strong experience working in CI, CD, CR and Agile at enterprise scale.
  • AWS/cloud experience to intermediate level
  • At least intermediate level Linux system operations skills
  • Knowledge of networking as it relates to middleware applications and platforms
  • Ability to proactively and independently troubleshoot pipeline and build faults and failures.
  • Deep experience with Git and related technologies.
  • Experience in SRE, high availability and secure systems design and troubleshooting.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to form proactive working relationships with diverse technical teams, system architects, product owners and platform consumers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Test Manager leads and supervises the technical test team in the design, build, testing, and deployment of effective test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability and completeness of educational and business systems deployed on client platforms The role will be responsible for all functional and non-functional deliveries both at the operational and project level.   • Assist in maintaining and improving the test frameworks including automation framework

  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, vendor representatives and other IT teams / experts to define and assess automated testing components
  • External vendor management, people, and stakeholder management
 Skills Required/preferred:
  • Experience in design and implementation of automated testing strategies and frameworks at an enterprise scale taking into considerations the different technology stacks
  • A solid understanding of object-oriented programming practices .NET, J2EE and scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript
  • Solid understanding of the current security and accessibility testing requirements

  • A good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX

This role provides specialist technical product development, management and support services for DCJ websites and intranets. Working within a lean Agile cross discipline environment, this role delivers products in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document specific customisations and web services using appropriate tools.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
  • Provide technical support to resolve issues.
  • Utilise technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase to ensure the solution is both fit for purpose and fit for use.
  • Provide time and size estimates for tasks to management and key stakeholders to ensure a cost effective service in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and growing environment.
Skills Required/preferred:
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary web and digital development standards, techniques, design patterns and pre-compilers and languages (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, LESS, Object Oriented CSS, XML, Bootstrap Framework etc.)
  • Proven experience configuring and working with build tools and source code management systems (e.g. Git, SVN, Maven, Grunt etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of web and mobile accessibility and experience delivering accessible code (including W3C, WAI-ARIA, WCAG).
  • Substantial experience working on large scale websites and intranet powered by CMS such as Adobe
  • Experience Manager is an advantage

The Senior Application Developer will work with the Access and Control lead to deliver the program initiatives and deliverables in relation to Security with extensive SAP security, identity management, and role definition experience particularly from an ERP integration perspective within a range of prior significant ERP implementations, will provide independent, analytical, and strategic input to the system user access control, leadership, and advice within the PaTH program. He/she will use their expertise in the Integration area to ensure technical developments are designed, built and tested using best practices and comply with PaTH Standards and Guidelines. The primary focus of this role is to develop an architecture view and provide leadership and direction to the technical team to help realize the PaTH initiatives, Strategy and framework for use by the Systems Integrators and Agency stakeholders for the collateral and coordinate related activities around it. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain an effective governance mechanism for the evolution of security standards and promoting further uptake to lower costs and risks for future Cluster initiatives.
  • Capture demand and prioritize activities by facilitating the appropriate level of stakeholder operational governance to ensure full visibility.
  • Providing oversight to security architecture, design, development, and implementation activities, ensuring functional security requirements and designs are adequately fulfilled and certifying that standards and strategies are conformed to PaTH Security Architecture.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership across the Cluster for security, acting as a ‘go to’ person for all questions relating to security.
  • Provide innovation in effectively utilizing standard design principles and services to optimize outcomes and reduce risks in security.
  • Contributes towards the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal controls, Best Practice, applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develops and reviews operational processes for new business initiatives or SAP components involving security administration and monitoring and the impact of those changes on risks.
  • Ensure audit and compliance requirements are supported.
  • Develops, implements, monitors, and maintains application security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that are in alignment with the corporate strategic plan and supports the projects during implementation and manages the transition and support post go-lives.
  • Evaluate the design for the security objects and provide design and solutions in alignment with SAP Security Best Practice and audit compliance when required.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to ensure deliverables are on track and any risks and impacts identified activities that are related to the Project.
 Skills Required/preferred:
  • The Identity & Access Specialist provides in-depth insights and advice on to the Security work stream, works closely with the Operational team and business stakeholders in line with deployment and implementation activities and timelines
  • Manage, co-ordinate and Support Day to day activities.
  • Assists in any necessary reviews and assessment of Security impacts and/or requirements to ensure business requirements will be met
  • Interpret or determine potential areas for development and change in liaison with the Security team to deliver a fit for purpose solution
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the systems and reporting tools to provide effective financial decision support to management
  • Solid experience in the ERP Security spectrum and Strong Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, SAP B/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Identity Management (IdM)
  • Strong analytical ability, Integration, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated technical experience in SAP latest technologies.
  • Experience in large and complex SAP project/program implementations in government
  • Excellent coordination, communication and team skills, flexibility to adapt in the face of change
