Senior Business Analyst

Tritusa Pty Ltd is looking for Senior Business professionals to join our Tritusa family and work on our client sites. 

You will work onsite, representing the Tritusa brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly.

• Business Transformation | ICT Environment | Requirement Gathering

Demonstrated understanding of complex ICT environments including data process flows and incident event management. Proven experience in Cyber Security initiatives. Proven experience in business requirement gathering and analysis. Demonstrated experience in translating business requirement to functional requirements, including developing supporting documentation and comprehensive use cases to achieve sign-off. Proven experience in conduction gap analysis to develop, test and deliver new processes into business as usual.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts and product owners obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Perform and implement technical and peer reviews of product.

 Skills Required/preferred:

• Demonstrate experience working in a Business Analyst or similar role (3+ years)
• Demonstrate strong experience in development of ICT business requirements, including stakeholder management, at both executive and operational levels (3+ years)
• Demonstrated experience within complex ICT environments (3+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business process enhancement, organisational change management, and communication activities / training plans for both end users and support staff, as part of enabling ICT systems and services (3+ years).
• Demonstrated experience in federal government
