Tritusa Pty Ltd is looking for an Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to join our Tritusa family and work on our client sites.
You will work onsite, representing the Tritusa brand with a range of customers to gain invaluable experience, quickly.

We require an experienced Senior DevOps Platform Engineer with deep Infrastructure Provisioning and CICD experience. You will be responsible for the availability, integrity, currency, and usability of this suite of components. You will ensure they are fit for purpose and operationally ready to service our platform consumers and dependent orchestrations. This is an extremely hands-on technical role. You will also mentor and work with our other Engineering team members to realize our vision and uplift their devops capability. You will have broad knowledge and deep experience across software development, infrastructure, tools, and processes. You will, however, have previously deployed, administered and orchestrated the use of DevOps tools at an Enterprise scale. You will also join the team in realizing our platform features and supporting our ecosystem of tools and platform processes. You may have technically led or managed a large development shop. You have definitely worked in an Agile environment at scale where you can demonstrate how you have improved the processes you were responsible for.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent the developers who use the platform to your team, ensuring that you understand their needs and how your platform can meet them
- Identify the gaps for adopting the platform you deliver and make it easy to use
- Create Terraform modules for provisioning VMs
- Create Chef cookbooks for configuring VMs
- Ensure the resiliency of our squads’ platforms
- Cloud solution development and production deployment experience via automated pipelines.
- Orchestration via cloud platform APIs as well as the use of tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes is also a major bonus.
- Experience with JavaScript, Ruby (Chef), Perl, or Python programming.
- Maintain a squad instance of Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
- Demonstrable expertise in CICD – you will implemented standards and common ways of working
- Knowledge of configuration management with experience in either Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
- Strong experience working in CI, CD, CR and Agile at enterprise scale.
- AWS/cloud experience to intermediate level
- At least intermediate level Linux system operations skills
- Knowledge of networking as it relates to middleware applications and platforms
- Ability to proactively and independently troubleshoot pipeline and build faults and failures.
- Deep experience with Git and related technologies.
- Experience in SRE, high availability and secure systems design and troubleshooting.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to form proactive working relationships with diverse technical teams, system architects, product owners and platform consumers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required/preferred:
