I have over 30 years’ experience in both the IT and Communications Industry. My main areas of expertise are building successful teams, sales, and relationship management. I started my career with British Telecom in the UK where I worked across a number of different areas before being promoted to managing the team responsible for the Morgan Stanley relationship around the world. After 9/11 and the impact caused by the outages, financial organisations were reviewing all their IT, communication services and infrastructure so a lot of my time was spent working in New York at the Morgan Stanley Head Offices.

Having gained taste of international travel and working with different cultures, I moved to the media and broadcast division of British Telecom based in Singapore where I was responsible for the roll out of a new fibre media network to replace satellites for live broadcasts and the transferring of media content.
After 17 years with British Telecom, I took a new role in Singapore to set up the Asia Pac organisation for Signiant, a market leader in media content distribution across fibre networks. This involved setting up the company, recruiting people, finding and developing channel partners across Asia Pac and selling the software and installing it to our customers.

In 2011, I decided that I had had enough of travel, rented accommodation and no real roots, so I moved to Sydney, Australia and bought a house and stopped the constant travel! After working for both Compuware and Akamai in Sydney, I moved to Squiz as the Regional Sales Manager for NSW. This introduced me to working across NSW Government as Squiz was the market leader in State Government for Content Management Software and for website designing and building.
I have over 30 years’ experience in both the IT and Communications Industry. My main areas of expertise are building successful teams, sales, and relationship management.


After having worked as a Relationship Manager on the ChildStory project at NSW DCJ, I was introduced to Jag and immediately, I knew I wanted to work with him at Tritusa. He shares the same passions for caring for his people, caring for the customer, doing the ‘right thing’ and driving Tritusa to be even more successful so I joined in April 2021 as the Engagement Manager responsible for all relationships with our partners and customers and have never looked back!
